Summary
Easily prepare proteins for next-generation protein sequencing on Platinum® and Platinum® Pro in a simple user-friendly workflow. The Platinum instruments, kits, and software contain everything you need to prepare, sequence, and analyze proteins. Barcoding is a new initial step in Quantum-Si’s next-gen protein sequencing workflow. The Barcoding Kit prepares and immobilizes barcode-tagged peptides for sequencing. Up to 24 unique peptide barcodes are carefully designed for optimal sequencing performance with the Sequencing Kit.
